Naritegereje mbona abantu benshi bafite abakozi bo mu rugo cyangwa se ababoyi babafata mu buryo butandukanye n’ubwo bafatamo abandi bantu, kandi nyamara bitari bikwiye. Iyo ntekereje kuri iyi mibanire y’umugaragu na shebuja mbona bisa cyane n’imibanire y’umukoresha n’umukozi. Buri wese yifuza gufatwa neza ndetse no guhabwa agaciro n’umukoresha we. Ibi ni ko byari bikwiriye kugenda no ku mukozi wo mu rugo. Ibi ni bimwe muri byo wakora ngo umufate neza :
