Hanyuma ukayiteka mu mavuta yahiye cyane, mu gihe ihinduye ibara, ukayarura muri plat cyangwa isahani, ukayireka ikumuka, uga shyiraho indimu na perisiri(kuri plat ku meza) n’isosi yera iyo uyifite.

Ufata icyuma ukajya ukeba buhoro ku buryo idatandukana cyane ugatangira ukwotsa nk’uko botsa imishito(brochettes). Iyo ushatse imaze gushya, uyitanga uko yakabaye cyangwa ukayikatamo uduce.
